Tilt and Turn Timber Windows and Doors

'Tilt & Turn' windows are inward opening with a dual function mechanism. The first turn of the handle through 90° allows the window/door to open inwards but when the handle is turned through 180° the window/door will tilt inwards at the top to allow for free ventilation while still providing a very high degree of protection against weather.

As well as 'Tilt & Turn' windows, this same mechanism is used in the manufacture of two other products:

  • Tilt & Turn folding doors
  • Tilt & Turn balcony doors

Please see our Doors section for more information on these options.
