What is the standard delivery time?
We offer fast delivery for most of our product range. Depending on the type of products and quantities requested, you can normally expect standard delivery between 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation of order. For confirmation of delivery times, please contact us.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be transported by lorry and on a pallet which is shrink-wrapped. We will advise you when you can expect your delivery. We can also confirm the size and weight of pallet(s) to be off-loaded. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please call us on 01738 444456.
Where will my order be delivered?
We will deliver your order direct to your nominated site anywhere in the UK. Deliveries can be scheduled to arrive in one or multiple drops to fit with your construction programme.
What if an item is incorrect or is delivered broken or damaged?
On the rare occasion that there is a problem with an order, please be assured that Broxwood is on hand to help. Where there is a product or manufacturing fault, a service engineer will visit your site to fix, repair or replace the affected items at no extra cost. If your products are damaged on site, we can send arrange for a service engineer to come out and fix the problem for a nominal fee.
